James is the Vice President of Operations and Channel Partner Programs. He is responsible for overseeing partner channel programs, customer care, and quality assurance.
James has been with the iTRACS Corporation since December of 2000.
James received his bachelor’s degree Magna Cum Laude in 1999 from the University of Arizona.
