Craig R. Culbertson

Mr. Culbertson assumed his position in October of 2000, and is responsible for the company's legal affairs. He is also a Senior Partner in the Chicago office of the law firm of McGuire Woods, LLC. Mr. Culbertson is Co-Chairman of the firm's Corporate Securities and Finance Department, and concentrates his practice in mergers, acquisitions and financial transactions. He also serves as head of the firm's Transaction Practice. Prior to McGuire Woods, Mr. Culbertson served as a Senior Partner with Jenner & Block, LLC.

Mr. Culbertson received his bachelor's degree cum laude in 1977 from Davidson College. In 1980, Mr. Culbertson earned his J.D. summa cum laude from Loyola University in Chicago, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Law Journal.
