James Acri

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Acri joined iTRACS Corporation as CFO in January of 2004. For the past eight years, Mr. Acri has held various financial and business services roles for Nextel Communications at the Director and Vice President levels, primarily in support of sales and distribution. Before Nextel, he spent 10 years at Motorola, Inc. in various financial roles including accounting management, financial planning and analysis, and international finance.

Mr. Acri has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin and a Masters of Management degree from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
