Peter L. Pela

Founder, Chairman and Chief Technical Officer

Mr. Pela assumed this role in September 2000, after previously serving as the company's President and CEO. Mr. Pela spends his time overseeing EMEA and AsiaPAC sales, the development, production and product strategy of all iTRACS Corporation products and services.

In 1986, Mr. Pela founded Cableship Ltd., now known as Comunica Limited. One of the largest privately held cable and networking companies in the United Kingdom. In 1987, Cableship began developing the CRIMP cable management software product before moving the product out into a separate company called Cablesoft Limited in 1992. In 1996, Mr. Pela relocated Cablesoft to the USA to raise private equity and to focus full time on the CRIMP product. In 2000, Cablesoft was renamed iTRACS Corporation following the release of the iTRACS real-time intelligent infrastructure management system that Pela invented and patented.
