Thomas R. Reedy

President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Reedy has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of iTRACS Corporation since September of 2000. Previously, he was the Managing Director of Chicago Capital Markets for First Union Securities, Inc. He was responsible for the company's Chicago office, including the equities, investment banking, research, municipal securities and taxable fixed income securities.

Mr. Reedy joined First Union upon its acquisition of EVEREN Securities, Inc. in 1999. At EVEREN, he was responsible for the company's capital markets and on the Board of Directors and Operating Committee.

In 1988, he joined EVEREN Securities' predecessor firm, Blunt Ellis & Loewi, as a Senior Vice President. Prior to this position, he served as Vice President of Structured Finance at Drexel Burnham Lambert in New York and as a First Vice President and Regional Manager for the Chicago office of E.F. Hutton & Company.

Mr. Reedy is a certified public accountant, certified managerial accountant, registered representative, municipal representative, municipal principal and general securities principle. He has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Illinois State University and an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Michigan.
