iTRACS Authorized Administrator

An iTRACS Authorized Administrator is authorized to design, implement and maintain a complete cable plant infrastructure database using iTRACS Intelligent Infrastructure Management (IIM) Software. In addition, this course instructs on fundamental administrative duties. The iTRACS Administrator is able to use the Advanced Change Control Module (ACCM) for creating and monitoring work orders, plus import AutoCAD and Visio 2002 Graphics and create various circuit connectivity and utilization reports.

iTRACS Authorized Administrators are required to pass exam iTS202-02 with a score of 80% or higher and complete the Administrator Practical Examination.
