iPBX Training

This class is designed to teach students how to install, configure and utilize the iPBX module. The iTRACS Private Branch Exchange (iPBX) module links the iTRACS software with the PBX utilizing a PBX agent, a correctly formatted .csv or .txt file that contains PBX data, and essential components found within the iPBX module itself.

PBX data is manually entered into the .csv or .txt file and maintained in the iTRACS database by the PBX Agent. When the PBX Agent detects a change, it reports this change to the iTRACS server, which in turn runs a configured remote event script. This script can be tailored to allow a great deal of flexibility for customization.
