iTRACS Infrastructure Manager™ (iTRACS IM™) is a standalone application which is used in conjunction with iTRACS enabled intelligent hardware solutions. iTRACS IM is designed for and distributed by IM Partners (Nexans, Siemon and TE Connectivity) for use by their customers.
iTRACS IM is intended for small to medium businesses to help them control the changes processes within their organization. Depending on the authorized reseller, limited integration options may exist. Customers who are looking to automate the documentation of their patching field, but require integration with existing applications or business processes should consider iTRACS Converged Data Center™, iTRACS Converged Building Systems™, or iTRACS Physical Layer Manager™.
