CommScope Announces Comprehensive Updates to iTRACS for Next Phase of Data Center Evolution

Updates to iTRACS® include a new web platform that supports enhanced security, ease-of-use improvements and a fully interactive 3D model

HICKORY, N.C. September 28, 2022 - CommScope announced today that it has enhanced its award-winning iTRACS platform to meet the demands of the industry's data center evolution. The platform functions as a digital twin-giving IT teams a holistic view of the environment and a single source of truth that allows organizations to seamlessly migrate/integrate systems, improve efficiency and make faster, data-driven decisions.

The enhanced iTRACS solution incorporates two components: the iTRACS Converged Infrastructure (CI) web platform and "iTRACS Data Manager (DM) client-server solution. Both are included with an iTRACS license, which is now available as either a perpetual or subscription-based plan.

iTRACS empowers organizations to achieve more efficient and agile data centers. The platform includes the following enhancements:

• New web platform that supports interactive 3D-modeling of physical environments


• Updated Open API Specification (OAS) APIs that improve data access, reduce development times and costs, and integrate data seamlessly into existing business workflows and processes
